Andrew Simpson LLM, PhD
Regulatory counsel, specialising in competition law, public policy, and economic development in small states.
Andrew has 25 years' experience in competition law and its enforcement, including in the public sector, in-house at a telecommunications carrier, as a solicitor, and as an independent advisor to governmental and private sector clients.

Andrew teaches at Canterbury University Law School and is a member of the New Zealand Game Animal Council and the Central South Island Fish and Game Council.
